These are the cookies that started it all. Buttery flavor with lots of semi-sweet chocolate chips in every bite. Crispy edges with a soft, chewy center, these go great with a glass of cold milk.

Cinnamon + sugar = deliciousness. In our opinion these crunchy on the outside, buttery on the inside cookies are the perfect cozy winter afternoon snack. We love enjoying them with a latte or cappuccino. 

Bursting with flavor, we make these fan-favorite cookies with a proprietary blend of our own vanilla extract.  

Pricing is for a standard dozen of 3-inch round or square cookies with white royal icing and your choices of standard toppings (sanding sugar, regular sprinkles, non-pariels).

Buttery, light scones are our favorite breakfast treat. Our cinnamon scones are filled with cinnamon chips and sprinkled on top with cinnamon sugar for a perfectly sweet flavor. 

Black & white cookies are a quintessential New York staple. A sponge cake-like cookie is topped with vanilla & chocolate icing for a rich, flavorful bite. Eat each flavor separately or live on the edge and eat both sides at the same time!

Italian Rainbow Cookies are almond-based sponge cakes layered with raspberry jam and covered with rich semi-sweet chocolate. These are our most-requested holiday cookies!

The colored layers are a nod to the Italian flag, as they were introduced to the US by Italian-American immigrants in the early 20th century. 

If you aren't eating spritz cookies is it even the holiday season? 

Our founder has been making these since 1980-something. What makes her recipe unique is the presence of almond extract! To make these truly nut-free, we use an almond-flavored essence absent of any nut or nut protien (read: artificial). 

These are made in a variety of shapes & colors.
